Lynn Baker is a successful Business Women, Certified World Class Speaking Coach and Professional Keynote Speaker.

As a Public Speaking Coach, she works with CEO's, MD's, Senior Management and Business Professionals across South Africa, assisting them with the planning, preparing and delivery of dynamic Business-2-Business presentations.


LYNN's passion lies in sharing the knowledge and experience gained from her diverse career of working in international sales in London, running numerous businesses in South Africa and managing a multi-million rand contract for one of SA's most successful companies.

The focus of Lynn's keynote speeches focus on The Power of Personal Presence' and 'Executive Presence' - which have been identified as the softer skills of leadership displayed by truly successful people. "It is a reality, that over and above academic qualifications and experience business, professionals are judged by the way they present themselves and how they communicate and connect with others, whether it be in one-on-one conversations, in meetings or while delivering speeches and presentations, their ability to communicate and their level of understanding of interpersonal skills, to a large degree determines their level of success". It is on this basis that Lynn works with many companies and Directors in South Africa, assisting them to increase their credibility by improving their Public Speaking skills, as well as their Personal Presence and Executive Presence to increase personal impact.

LYNN has a broad range of business experience, from running an international sales division in London, to founding a top professional speakers agency in South Africa and more recently, she completed a 10 year contract with the Tsogo Sun Group to launch and manage Montecasino Corporate Events in Johannesburg and Suncoast Corporate Events in Durban, both of which are now highly successful businesses.

In 2009 Lynn started the Eloquence Group - a company specializing in corporate communication skills, with special emphasis on Public Speaking Coaching for Executives. At the beginning of 2012 she launched 'The Power of Personal Presence' and 'Executive Presence' keynote speeches and executive coaching, which encompasses the fascinating concept of developing the softer skills of leadership for success.

In addition to her many years of business experience, in 2004 Lynn attended an intensive speaker coaching course with Professor Ron Arden from San Diego, renowned guru of speech coaches worldwide. In 2009 she completed the 'World Class Speaker Coaching Course' with World Class Speakers USA, under the tutelage of Craig Valentine, the 1999 Toastmasters World Champion of Speaking. Lynn is currently studying for her 'Diploma in Spoken Communication' through the College of Public Speaking in London.
