Twinings has launched Decaf English Breakfast for those who want perfect tea without the buzz. Like all of its teas, this blend is made with only the finest tealeaves, which have been carefully decaffeinated. Decaffeinated tea contains small amounts of vitamin B, high levels of manganese and a small quantity of iron. All black teas also contain high levels of anti-oxidants called polyphenols - five to ten times the amount found in fruit and vegetables. This blend is also low in calories.
