This past weekend saw the inaugural Pure&Crafted SA Festival take place at Ground in Muldersdrift, where thousands of people came out to experience the best in motorcycling, music, food, drinks and the outdoors.
This past weekend RE: denim transformed the venue Thirteen in Braamfontein into an exclusive 90s rewind rooftop party. Hip hop artist Kwesta performed live, as well as rappers Nasty C and YoungstaCpt. Notable guests of the evening included Scoop Makhathini (MC for the night), Lalla Hirayama, Loot Love, K Naomi, and Celeste Khumalo.
The Bacardi House Party - Let's Get Tropical was attended by some of SA's top rappers and DJ's with headline performances by Aewon Wolf and Gigi LaMayne, as well as artists such as Gemini, Reason and DJ Speedsta.

Following the success of the southernmost House of Vans event in Cape Town this March, Johannesburg was selected to host a bumper weekend of music, art, street culture and skateboarding (25th - 27th August). The event was part of Vans anniversary celebrating 50 Years "Off The Wall". 94 Juta Street in Braamfontein underwent a dramatic transformation into House of Vans Johannesburg for the three day celebration.
