    South Africans in 2011 D&AD juries

    LONDON, UK: The D&AD Awards recognise the best creative work in advertising and design from around the world with the Yellow and Black Pencils. The 2011 juries have been announced and they include a number of South Africans.

    Judges from South Africa include: Justin Wright (Tequila Johannesburg TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris), Damon Stapleton (TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris), Jean Berrisford (Union Swiss) and Mike Schalit (Network BBDO).

    To launch the awards, D&AD President Sanky addressed the world's creative community in as many languages as possible, including Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Malay, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish and Thai. Our Behind the Scenes video shows Sanky's journey through learning the various languages.

    Work entered before 29 November 2010 will receive a 10% discount - see Sanky's message in Korean.

    Eligible entries will be accepted until Monday 31 January 2011. Judging takes place from 11 to 14 April 2011 in London, with the winners set to be announced in May.
