Dr Lyal White, director of the Centre for Dynamic Markets at GIBS welcomed the guests and said that magazine could not have come about at a better time, given the surge of interest in fast developing African countries. He considered the idea a brilliant one.
He then introduced the keynote speaker, Dianna Games, CEO of the South Africa-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce, CEO of Africa at Work, an African consulting company, and author of Business in Africa, who shared her in-depth knowledge of the real estate arena in Nigeria with the audience.
Caswell Rampheri recounted his idea of the magazine and how he had asked Pangram to act as publishers. The first issue was published in July 2012 with the third issue coming out this month.
