Hosted by Encounters 2012, the Al Jazeera commissioning editors will discuss the programmes background, followed by a Q&A session and informal drinks.

Dominique Young, senior producer based in Al Jazeera English's bureau in London, commissions a wide range of documentaries on African and Middle Eastern subject matter, for broadcast in the channel's flagship observational documentary strand Witness, as well as other documentary seasons.
Diarmuid Jeffreys is an award-winning journalist and television producer with almost 30 years of experience in the media industry. Since late 2008, he has been an editor and executive producer at Al Jazeera English.
