Specialist NGO jobs listing website launched

A new job listing website dedicated to the massive, yet largely invisible, NGO sector, NGOjobsonline.com, has been launched. As a launch promotion, all NGO job listings will be offered free to employers up to 31 July 2012.
The NGO sector is often neglected in the online recruitment world, which makes it difficult for organisations to find the right people electronically. In response to this, a new job-seeking site was designed to focus exclusively on the needs of NGO employers and prospective employees: www.ngojobsonline.com.

For employers, ngojobsonline.com offers a comprehensive package. Not only will each employer's post be featured on ngojobsonline.com, but it will also be distributed across a maximum of nine other relevant job boards and websites. This hubbing approach ensures complete exposure of each job listing with only one fee and one submission to ngojobsonline.com.

ngojobsonline.com is currently offering a launch promotion to raise awareness of the site and to encourage employers to try the hubbing technology. All NGO job listings will be offered free to employers up to 31 July, 2012 (a saving of USD249).

Free to job seekers

For job seekers, ngojobsonline.com is entirely free. Moreover, job seekers will receive weekly e-newsletters with the latest jobs and specific NGO news. They can also download sample CVs and job-seeking tips to prepare for application and interview processes better.

ngojobsonline.com will initially target those NGOs operating in the more under-represented regions of the world, with an emphasis on Africa. However, the hubbing approach and global recruitment sites ensure that ngojobsonline.com can cater for all regions from day one.
