This was confirmed by Mantis Founder and Chairman Adrian Gardiner at the launch of Pearl Valley Hotel. "This will be the largest hotel in the region," he said.
"With 80 rooms we can cater for larger events, but remain small enough to provide the quality service and personal attention for which Mantis and Pearl Valley are renowned.
Situated on the estate, the five-star hotel will further enhance Pearl Valley's on-going Master Plan to provide an environment in which you can live, play, and relax.

The suites on offer-starting from R1,299,000-will be fully furnished single or double suites, all beautifully rendered by international design house MI Designs. The décor marries comfort with beauty and functionality with style to create a classic product.
Suite owners will have access to the golf course, Spa and gym, swimming pools, tennis and boule courts, the equestrian centre, a golf driving range, putting green and chipping practise areas. They have full use of the parks and children's play areas as well as the extensive hiking and biking trails.
This premium investment opportunity will offer owners a number of value-added benefits, including no owner costs outside of the initial investment, 30 days annual usage rights, membership to the Pearl Valley Golf & Country Estate and exclusive access to specials at other Mantis operated hotels.
