Pic art! Poster's not ours, says Nando's

An unauthorised digital poster using a remarkably similar visual identity as Nando's has been released into the wild by Fando's, which possibly stands for fans of Nando's.
These may be free-range chickens, but unfortunately presenting your favourite picture of Nkandla at your local branch won't entitle you to free peri-peri chicken. Cluck! (Image: Wikimedia Commons)

Nando's says the poster, which is clearly not a Nando's original, was not created nor distributed by the company and says that while "everyone deserves the world's best flame-grilled peri-peri chicken", Nando's cannot give it to them for free in this case, even if someone does come into a branch with a picture of Nkandla.

Nando's says clear indications that the poster is a fake are:
1) Incorrect typeface
2) Incorrect logo

"We welcome our fans wholehearted appreciation of our brand and of our advertising, but cannot support their generous but unauthorised giving away our chicken," said Ashley Stansfield, Nando's PR and advertising manager.
