It seems like just the other day that I was writing my last editorial column of the year wishing you all a wonderful festive season - and here I am again, a month later, welcoming you back to work and to what's already promising to be a jam-packed 2011! I hope you all had a fabulous break with family and friends and that you're ready for whatever the New Year will bring. Sadly, our condolences go out to family, friends and colleagues of Dr Ivan May, who passed away at the turn of the year after a five-month battle with cancer. Since our first newsletter of the year is already a bumper one, we will begin running the 2011 Biz Trends Reports series from tomorrow, Tuesday, 11 January 2011.
