I have recently moved from Gauteng and seeking work in Cape Town and am available to start immediately. With my skill set and proven track record, I would like to establish myself with a company that I can add value to and meet my needs for personal success.
Also of note that my most recent position as Manufacturing Administrator for Afrox Safety Self Rescue Division . In this role, my core responsibilities were:
Identify and book internal and external personnel training Management of timesheets, organization and maintain personal staff files/database eg: leave, medical aid, funeral schemes, pay queries etc. Control payment methods of creditors. Administration of access control systems. Capturing and scheduling suggestion scheme. Assist with Individual Development Plans (KIP's), assisted with Workplace skills plan. Attend weekly Management meetings. Initiate changes to processes.
And during my tenure, my accomplishments were:
Assessed organizational training needs. Developed new process for employee evaluation which resulted in marked performance improvements. Created new departmental procedures manual. Implemented new work process flow which increased department productivity. Process Improvement. Worked directly with departments, clients, management to achieve results.
