Resolve issues by identifying the problem and identifying solutions and managing the implementation of the solutions daily
Manage allocation of workload by receiving brief, reviewing capacity of the team and studios and allocating accordingly daily
Copywriting
Management of the overall copywriting of the organization
Ensuring scripts are in line with client's requirements
Grammar checks, Spelling checks, Theme, Tone and all elements involved in script creation
Content Creation
Manage the studio equipment by, checking and testing the equipment, proving feedback to the technical department of any technical issues to support recording activities daily
Manage the recordings/shoots by organising all required logistics, coaching of Voice Artist/contributors, directing the artist and quality controlling the final product daily.
Load the audio/video for play out by, finalising the audio/video by submitting to relevant individual for authorisation and securing authorisation daily
Prepare post campaign analysis by extracting and collating on-air audio/video into a final product and submitting to relevant individuals as required
Content Creation Management

Build capacity within the team through developing skills and competencies, addressing development needs and providing coaching and mentoring support on an ongoing basis and in monthly individual performance discussions
Monitor, evaluate and manage the team performance through implementing the HR policy, implementing performance processes and, when required, instituting compliant disciplinary action within the legislative framework on an ongoing basis
Participate in the recruitment process to appoint quality team members to support the team and organisation and the achievement of its objectives and strategy as and when required
Build a cohesive, high performing team through motivating, guiding, coaching, mentoring and leading in a fair and consistent manner to deliver on the programming department performance and strategic requirements.
