Kerri Moss
I have worked in the call centre industry for over 7 years now, the last 5 of these have been spent as a call centre manager for an prominent publishing company.
My core strengths are my ability to inspire and to communicate at all levels. I am very fair, but I am equally firm. I've never missed a deadline.
Hello.
Firstly I would very much like to thank you for your consideration, and I am very excited to have the opportunity to tell you a little bit more about myself.
I have worked in the call centre industry for over 7 years now, the last 5 of these have been spent as a call centre manager for an prominent publishing company.
I have throughout this time grown to become a very effective leader. My management style reflects this through the results I have been able to get from my staff, their team leaders and their supervisors.
I worked with a portfolio of over 400 products of varying configurations and I was responsible for overseeing and implementing all staff training programmes and coaching from the ground up.
My core strengths are my ability to inspire and to communicate at all levels. I am very fair, but I am equally firm. I've never missed a deadline - and in a recent performance review, my manager had this to say... "Kerri is highly efficient and always goes the extra mile". I also pride myself on being natural multi-tasker.
I love to be challenged, and have even expanded on my previous role to take on a lot of additional HR responsibilities - as well as the continued day to day operation of a highly efficient call centre itself, and driving new initiatives.
I have recently found that I need a change of scenery and preferably in a new industry.
I am a versatile and adaptable leader and I am especially good at taking on new projects and I was particularly excited to see this position on offer.
If you would like to talk with me or schedule an interview, please call me on:
0741 022 392, I am confident that my skills and capabilities will not disappoint.
I am available immediately and I would love the opportunity to be part of your team, and am very grateful for your kind consideration.
