For the last twenty months I have been working in an administrative and liaison role at the SAPS, where my duties included document management, general clerical tasks, full PA functions to the Acting Section Head: Media Communication; arranging official meetings, briefings, conferences and functions, assistance with media liaison, maintenance of the internal and external communication contact list, all for the office of the National Commissioner; and daily monitoring of the media is dealt with to the promotion of access to the Information Act.
Prior to that, I have been a Senior Secretary, performing full PA functions to several senior management members within the SAPS environment, since 2009. I have been the Secretary for the Border Policing Director, and the VIP Protection Director respectfully. My functions there included being part of the Secretariat for the BCOCC (Border Control Operational Coordinating Committee), and for the CCG (Core Command Group) for SAPS for 2009 Confederations Cup, 2010 World Cup, 2009 Presidential Inauguration, 2012 63rd ANC Conference in Mangaung, and the 2012 Centenary and 2013 101 ANC celebrations. All those events have helped me with experience in Project Management.
My achievements range from setting up effective administrative systems to team leading and complete office management. In short I believe I will bring efficiency, reliability and accuracy to your office procedures.
