My immediate objective is to secure a position in which I can use my experience in Secretarial Duties, Office Administration, and Personal Assistant Duties leading to Executive Support and Marketing.
I am dynamic with a strong work ethic, presentable and well spoken and I highly value honesty, confidentiality and morality.

Duties: Office Management, Executive Personal Assistant to CEO as well as various portfolio managers; correspondence with stakeholders, public and professional; staff management; database management.
Skills utilized:
Provide support through the National Secretariat Executive Team to the Board of Representatives which in turn represents the SAIA membership. Such support includes general and executive administration and correspondence, and also includes focus points such as the Awards Programmes or BEE Compliance etc.
Reason for Leaving: Five year contract was concluded as of end July 2014, and I would like to engage in further experience relating to office management and executive personal assistance.
11Sept 2001 to April 2009: Warne Aviation (Pty) Ltd. T/A Investment Aircraft
Duties: Switchboard, reception, office management, personal assistance to two Directors, sales documentation, database management, client liaison, marketing and advertising, pre and post sales support, assisting with registration and documentation regarding legal requirements pertaining to aircraft.
Skills utilized: Accuracy, filing, data capture, office administration, ability to multitask - best practice with regards to clients, sales and related administrative functions, along with frontline reception and switchboard skills. Sales - debtors and creditors control, reconciliation. Marketing - presentations, adhering to deadlines in a pressurized environment.

Feb 2000 - Sept 2001: Planes R Us (Pty) Ltd. T/A Aircraft Sales International
Duties: Switchboard, Reception, Office Management, and Sales Secretary: assist with sales administration and documentation, filing, sales reconciliation.
Reason for Leaving: I was offered the opportunity to be a part of a new company and relished the challenge of setting up the administrative policies and office management etc.
1999 to Jan 2000: Streamline Air Charter / National Airways Corporation
Duties: Switchboard, reception, and office management. I supported the company's integration into NAC and assisted with the movement of the administrative protocols to Lanseria Airport from Germiston Airport.

Port Elizabeth (Beach Haven Stud): SA Warm-Blood Sport Horses.
Management (breeding and producing) of ± 110 horses
I made use of the riding horses and available mares and stallions to initiate a tourist-focused horse riding industry through the extant game farm and along the beach rides. This generated an additional income stream which lent support to the relatively long-term breeding income expectations.
