Build and maintain relationships with Buyers (head office).
Managing the sales budget process involving projections, pricing, increases and finalising
the consolidated sales budget.
Negotiate favourable trading and rebate terms for On Digital Media/StarSat and the
customer for a continued mutual beneficial relationship.
Ensuring that all customer escalations are managed to resolution and feedback is given
within reasonable time.
Effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Logistic
and Marketing)
Effectively manage external relationships through continuous communication and
negotiations to meet the company objectives.
Understanding each retailer and their customers buying trends, so not to miss and make
sure that advertisement on their catalogue is relevant.
Put relevant promotional marketing material in all retailers.
Monitor all stock levels in stores and motivate Head Office to order when necessary;
monitor returns, distribution and cost-associated with risk between the warehouse,
StarSat and the Retailers.
Manage customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service.
Planning and implementing frequent promotions and road shows to help build brand awareness.
Lead by example in promoting the company values.
Mentorship and coaching of Sales staff.
Recruitment of staff and promotional companies when required.
