My day-to-day duties include receiving and screening of company calls and emails, drafting a task list for the director in order of importance and ensuring that tasks are completed according to the set deadlines, the scheduling of meetings and appointments for the director, drafting minutes during meetings and sharing with all personnel after meetings, receiving and responding to emails regarding our artist's bookings, scheduling the artists bookings correctly and communicating any schedule changes. My duties include gathering suitable influencers for a specified brief for brands, briefing influencers about campaigns, putting together social media posting schedules and all admin for my boss, our artists and campaigns.
