Eighteen-year-old Rossouw Koen, a matric student at Swartland High School, Malmesbury, has been awarded the International Hotel School (IHS) "Ticket to Life" Bursary in Professional Cookery, valued at R210,000, after he won the Western Cape Finals of the annual competition at The Peninsula All-Suite Hotel recently.
