It began on 1 March 2014 at the Boardwalk Bar on Eden Island. Flanked by two luxury yachts, guests arrived on the signature blue carpet and were ushered to a stage set up on the venue's floating deck, which featured performances from live entertainers.
Next in line is Reunion, which is set to celebrate its arrival with an exclusive occasion at La Villa Club on 14 March. Rounding off the celebration, Mauritius will become the third region to welcome the brand by hosting an invitation-only bash at Les Enfants Terrible on 21 March.
"Its arrival will put these three locations on the map, in terms of enriching the region's offering as an international party hotspot," says Stephanie Jordan, Diageo Reserve's customer marketing reserve manager.
Made from French grapes and distilled five times at the Distillerie de Chevanceaux in southwest France, the brand offers a fresh and smooth taste.
