New limited edition release from Rickety Bridge
Rickety Bridge has launched its first icon wine, The Bridge 2008, named after the original 'rickety bridge' from which the estate took its name. A Cabernet Sauvignon, it was judged to be one of the Top 100 wines in the inaugural Top 100 SA Wines competition. Year of the Rabbit gets wine range
Hazendal wine estate has introduced its De Haas wines, in white, rosé and red in a screw cap range, a first for the estate. Haas, meaning rabbit or hare, takes its name from Christoffel Hazenwinkel, the original owner of the estate in 1699. 'Hazen' is the plural for 'haas', which reportedly roamed Hazendal in those early days. 13 May 2011 11:00
