The Online Publishers Association (OPA) is certainly one of the most proactive industry organisations in our sector - holding regular seminars and briefings for members, ad agencies, media planners and the media to continue upskilling the industry and develop the online publishing industry while promoting growth and high standards. Speaking at the latest OPA seminar held last week, OPA chair, Russell Hanly, said while 2.5 million people were accessing the web on a regular basis in South Africa, increased broadband access was a huge catalyst for growth in other markets and a similar upswing is expected in South Africa. Growing OPA membership and researching how money is spent online in South Africa are the focus going forward. Visit

Drive Out magazine. Her senseless killing on the Rivonia offramp last week touched us all in this industry and Bizcommunity.com sends our condolences.
Enjoy!
