Good day,

My name is Tracy Miles.

I am a Senior Client Service/Project Director in the Advertising & Marketing industry. I have worked on both local and international accounts for large and small agencies since 1995.

I have managed some of the largest retainer clients in the following agencies:

• Oliver + MORE: Unilever UK
• Native: Edgars (brand and retail)
• Quirk/ Mirum; Kellogg's and Airtel
• Brand Activation/ Ogilvy: Sun International Egypt; SAB Castle Lager
• Kaelo Engage: Rustenburg Rapid Transport (DOT Government)
• Boomtown: SAB Castle Milk Stout
• The Hardy Boys: Barclays Bank (SA and Africa).

My strengths lie within both project management and account management in integrated through-the-line marketing and advertising. My experience has covered staff development and performance management to overall team leadership. I have been working in the dedicated digital advertising environment in both Client Service and Project Management roles for the past four years.

I have also managed the production of content for all marketing touch points for various brands. This includes the entire process from briefing to research to strategy to creative execution - and mostly within strong agency teams.

My project management skills include resource planning, budget management, daily scrums, drawing up of individual timing plans, campaign project plans with risks and deadlines monitored.

I am essentially accountable and responsible for the operational deliverables of creative content and campaigns for Clients for various platforms for a diverse range of brands.

My experience prior to advertising was Marketing and Promotions in the music industry, working for well-known South African record labels, producers and musicians.
