? Ensure that the advert is loaded in the relevant portal
? To do screening of c.v's and give feedback to the relevant manager
? Schedule and co-ordinate logistics relating to interviews and to send regrets letters to unsuccessful candidates
? Ensure that the recruitment process is conducted in line with the Employment Equity Act
? Undertake all reference, credit and qualification checks to candidates
? Assist in drawing the offer letter and completion of employee engagement pack for new recruit
? To do UI19 upon termination and UI2.7 for employees going on maternity leave
? Administration of payroll and leave management, and to ensure that all day-to-day payroll queries are attended
? Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel related data such as hires, transfer, performance appraisal and absenteeism rate.
? To export monthly leave report and to assist analysing the employee ESS information
? Provide coordination and maintenance support for all HR and project documentation, templates, forms, policies and procedures on the HR precedent HR SharePoint, as well as the intranet
? Co-ordinate IOD process and to do follow- up regarding the medical report from employee
? Co-ordinate & partake in grievances, disciplinary, workplace disputes and appeal enquiries
? Co-ordinate logistics relating to grievances and workplace disputes
? Stay abreast with the applicable labour statutes: LRA,BCEA,SDL and EEA
? Assist with Human resource data management
? Plan and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to staff employment, compensations, labour relations and employment relations
? Assist in administration of Employment Equity Report and Committee
? Facilitation of Training Committee
? Monitor and manage training records and evaluation of statistical data
? Assist in processing financial documentation required for training initiatives in line with the SCM processes
? Obtain and distribute training certifications
? Assist in coordinating Council induction programme
? Prepare and submit a monthly training and development report Preparation of material, equipment required for training and HR related function
? Monitor and manage training records and evaluation of statistical data
? Assist with the administration of training interventions and training materials
? Prepare training monthly and quarterly report
? Administrate WSP/ATR
