I am a contracts management official dealing with drafting of appointment letters to contractors and other service providers. I am therefore interested in administration role in the sphere of procurement and bid administration.

Provisioning Admin Officer-Logistics, Supply Chain Management Unit.
Joined the workforce in 2008 After a 1 year stint as an intern in the Department of Land Affairs.
Commencing the work life as a Provisioning Administration Officer Logistics- Movable Asset Management. With the primary duties of Undertaking the needs analysis, that is assisting the newly employed workers by procuring office furniture and auxiliary equipment for them. Ding the same for the older staff.
Then on a quarterly basis conduct stock taking to identify whether the assets(furniture and equipment) is still in good working order, whether they are still satisfied. Compile reports for any findings i.e. damages, losses, shortages and surpluses. Working with various service providers on a contractual basis who are supplying the department with the said equipment ( vodacom in respect of cellphones, Telkom/Open Serve in respect of Landlines and various companies in respect of photocopiers etc.
It is where I developed the interest in Contracts and legal matters. I then moved to contract management in 2011 as a provisioning Admin officer still. So far I capacitated my self through obtaining a certificate with UCT in Commercial and Contract Law. My passion include Corporate Governance, Economic Analysis, Secretariat and Administration Roles.
