Opinyon is an online social network based platform that allows users to track and share their customer service experiences. It provides them the ability to share their stories and snippets with their friends to ultimately filter out brands that don't provide good customer service. Opinyon allows brands to leverage this information to improve the service they provide to their customers by means of a dashboard suite that allows brands to view and filter through all opinyons about a brand, access consumer insights and segment users by attributes such as location, age and gender.
