Responsibilities:
Service Team Assistant (Richemont Consultant):
Make the Richemont process for Richemont With Holding Tax (WHT) is smooth and ensuring clients are well assisted (cold calling) and understand the process.
Ensuring reminder letters, rejection letters are sent out in time so clients can still claim.
Liaising closely with external clients e.g. Trusts, Companies, Funds, Brokers and Individuals concerning the progress of their claim.
Verifying legal documents for Trusts, Companies, Funds, etc.
Understanding Dividend Tax requirements Richemont.
Constant update of the database:
o monitoring forms received
o Forms went to and came back from SARS
To meet strict deadlines.
Reconciliation and balancing of Richemont WHT bank accounts.
Participating in developments and improvements.
Providing input to projects processes and procedures.
Risk Management.
Accurate scanning of batches - ensure that items balance.
Verification( Electronic Data Capture from scanned images)
Providing accurate statics of items verified per hour to the team leader.
Assisting my manger to manage and plan projects like (from mailroom):
o Dividend Tax.
o Old Mutual E-Communications.
o Including supervision 6 stuff members.

Assisted in compiling Paramount's and Sony's merchandising and marketing launches for the month of November.
