Itayi Pswarayi is an ambitious young man, who's life been spent in the diplomatic service till 2003. His worldwide knowledge in numerous areas, i.e. tourism, trade and business, and diplomacy has allowed him to travel the world in a professional capacity and develop long term relationships especially in the European and Asian countries. He is currently completing his degree in (International Relations and Business) from The Belford University, Massachusetts, U.S.A. His outgoing and energetic nature has been beneficial, especially displayed in his linguistic expertise, fluency in Mandarin, French, Spanish, Zulu and English - whose skills are widely in demand in the new South Africa. While working in the Tourism industry he has been a representative for the Southern Cross Foundation, at the Beijing International Trade and Tourism Market in 2006, Group Leader and translator for the Gordon Institute of Business Masters' Program to China and Singapore in 2007, while at American Express served as the Program Manager for the A1GP World Cup of Motorsport in The Netherlands, The Czech Republic, China, New Zealand and Durban. Now, in his position of PR and Events Manager for The International Broadcast Center, at Soccer City for the 2010 World Cup, his vast understanding in dealing with a culturally diverse office, he has become a great asset in the success of the World Cup 2010 in his role. With his great understanding of PR, Event Coordination with his great acumen in International Relations and Business, he has been a great part of this spectacular event.
With a Pan-African view, and international experience, he joined Sun International Group, as the Head Concierge of The Palace of The Lost City at Sun City. In his role of Head Concierge, he has served as the face and executive of the Palace. With great understanding of the expectations of high-end business and leisure travelers, Itayi has excelled in his operational duties as Head Concierge. Overseeing, Concierge, Guest Services, Guest Relations and Executive Suites, adding valuable recommendations to the improvement of services, driving the marketing and Public Relations of The Palace, he has hosted numerous dignitaries serving as the point of Marketing and Public Relations, and services. Having a great understanding of corporate business, he has had great success in sponsorships, event hosting, site inspections, and marketing of this in our monthly publications at Sun City.
