I am a Human Resources professional with 40 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources, Labour Relations, Payroll, employee benefits, organisational structuring, workforce planning, job evaluation and performance management.

I have over 30 years managerial experience, and served on the Executive Management Committee for a large international organisation for 10 years, gaining vast experience of strategic and operational management in all aspects of business.

I have excellent knowledge and experience in labour law, dealing with trade unions, and representing organisation at CCMA and Labour Court.

I have vast payroll related experience, having produced in excess of 4 million payslips, and paying away over R1.5bn.
