I have been working on digital marketing initiatives for 14 years and have vast experience in the fields of media planning and buying, search (both SEO and PPC) web analytics, email marketing, list generation, social media and mobile. I have worked on many global brands both in South Africa and in Europe and the USA. These were across many verticals, from technology companies like Microsoft, Thawte, Clickatell, to automotive, BMW, Alfa Romeo and Peugeot. Financial services 20twenty, Investec, Invesco, Old Mutual. I'm also probably one of the few that has worked on all sides of the table. Agency, Publisher and Client side. I currently head up all initiatives within the Shoprite Group and have implemented many firsts in the South African retailing space. Targeted customer messaging via till slip and instant customer rewards from POS and probably one of the biggest customer databases in the country.
