Sidney Fhumulani Mikosi, Marakele National Park's head guide, has been awarded the best nature guide in Limpopo at the prestigious Limpopo Provincial Lilizela awards held in Burgersfort. Sidney has been with Marakele National Park since 2009 and boasts several accolades to his name including the 2013 National Lilizela Award.
Mikosi will automatically represent the province at the national Lilizela awards on 16 October 2016 in this category. The main aim of the awards is to celebrate those individuals, products and institutions that are excelling in promoting the tourism industry.
