Natura Sugars, an unrefined sugar sourced from Mauritius, has added two new products to its range, Golden Light Brown and Molasses Sugar. Golden Light Brown is a golden-in-colour sugar with a subtle buttery taste, while the Molasses Sugar is a more soft sugar, giving off an intense, natural, molasses flavour.
A study recently conducted by the Mauritius Research Council at the University of Mauritius has revealed that Mauritian special sugars have antioxidant capacities, which brings health benefits to its consumers.
