The Best Employers certification is awarded to organisations that meet the highest standard in HR. In the research, all critical areas of the HR management of the participating organisations were assessed. The rating showed that Simba has outstanding employee offerings and thus qualified for the exclusive Best Employers certification.
Chereen Godwin, HR director at Simba, says this is a success story and the company is delighted with the recognition awarded by the CRF Institute for the second year in succession. It bears testament to the company's culture, which is driven by a diverse environment built upon teamwork and trust. "We have a strong belief in leading by example.
