To reward loyal Edcon account holders, Edgars has formed a strategic alliance with Ster Kinekor to launch the Edgars/Ster-Kinekor Movie Benefit Card.
The new card gives customers lower movie ticket prices and enhanced accessibility to cinemas. The program, which kicked off on July 1, allows Club members to enjoy 50% off ticket prices at all Ster Kinekor Classic and Cinema Nouveau theatres. What's more, they pay only R10.50 per ticket at all the movie chain's Junction theatres.

We endeavour to stay relevant to our membership base, and this partnership ensures our members get the widest possible range of movies at almost double the number of theatres than before,” says Imran Patel, marketing manager of Club & Financial Services, Edcon Department Stores Division.
