Even though I am trying to describe what you can expect in the show, there is no way that I can prepare you for what you are going to witness.

Pushed to the limits on a very grand scale

It produces a stunning display of acrobatics, but pushed to the limits on a very grand scale. It is unlikely that anything like this has been seen before. The show has a sense of hypnotism, keeps your eyes on the stage and never stops you wondering what's next, from The Russian Swing to The Cloud Swing, The Wheel Of Destiny to the Globe Of Death and the barrel contortionists to the clowns. It is true magic.

I will not give away too much, but I will tell you that if you miss this show, you will surely regret it. Get the whole family and all of your friends and book your tickets for Le Grand Cirque de Adrenaline. Practise those screeches and oohs and aahs, and bring yourself a stress ball - you are in for the ride of your life.

The show is playing from Tuesday, 29 May to Sunday, 17 June, 2012. Tickets range from R190 to R350. Book you tickets here at www.joburgtheatre.com/show.asp
