The Klein Libertas Theatre, Stellenbosch, on 19 November, 2011, is where and when an old-school revisit of Balkanology will take place. Expect an orgy of Balkan beats and bears on bicycles, man-hugging, cock-sparring, female weightlifters, scantily-clad man-ladies on two-headed ponies and Indian elephants sipping spiked tea.
After a short and bitter game of spin the bottle, the animals and the gypsies have formed an allegiance and reclaimed the farm.
Pig Floyd (from Porkugal) headed straight for the liquor cabinet and the Nomadic Orchestra chased Mr.Cat & The Jackal in amongst the pigeons, like they did at Rocking The Daisies. All the while Manouche have set up an Ouija board on the dance floor to call upon the spirit of Django Reinhardt. Who's missing? Ah, yes! Sneaking around in the darkness is Maoriginal, attempting the second killing of Deadpi9 (the first was at the Gypsy Day Of The Dead), armed with nothing but a few vinyls and a makeshift knife, and somewhere in the distance is Toby2shoes dangling from a high-tension wire.Line-up
