Topshop, a British multinational retailer specialising in fashion clothing, shoes, make-up and accessories, and Topman, its spin-off brand to cater for men, will open a pop-up shop in Unknown Union, a boutique retailer in Cape Town on 12 July 2012.
The dedicated 'shop-in-shop' will feature a curated selection of the men's and women's fashions that have made both brands synonymous with style and quality at good value. This joint venture marks the premiere of both brands in Africa.

"We are delighted to be showcasing within Unknown Union. The store has a great design aesthetic and carries some excellent brands so we are very pleased to be part of the mix," said David Shepherd, MD of Topman.

"These international brands have long set the standard in providing fashion and quality at an accessible price. I am very proud to welcome both brands to our store and to Africa. I really look forward to further collaboration with our partners," said Sean Shuter, director of Unknown Union.

The company has introduced many international brands to Africa including Pendleton, OBEY, Penfield, Naked and Famous, Warriors of Radness and more. These collections sell alongside its own label, designed by Daniel Jackson, founder of Surface To Air and BBlessing.
