Call to enter shnit International shortfilmfestival

The 11th edition of the shnit International shortfilmfestival will be held 2-6 October 2013, in Cape Town, as well as Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Buenos Aires, the US, Nigeria, Egypt, Costa Rica and Singapore.
