Mark Abrahams, Soundscape's director, has issued a formal apology to those who attended the recent Gatecrasher Summer Music Festival.
Bouwer Bosch has released his first album as a solo artist, "Almal Maak Foute". Bosch was previously with Straatligkinders and Dans Dans Lisa, and the album is inspired by his real-life experiences.

The full line-up for Sowing the Seeds, Joburg, which is to be held on 24 and 25 February, 2012, at Warthogs Game Farm, Magaliesburg, has been announced.
Fire Through The Window are releasing Long Gone, the first single and video from their forthcoming EP, today, 7 February, 2012. The EP will be a six-track digital released in March and is part of a two-part EP. The second part, Prosper, is set for release at the end of 2012.
Zef rappers Die Antwoord will be appearing on the top US talk show, The Late Show David Letterman on Tuesday, 14 February, 2012 at 11.15pm. The show will be broadcast on Sony Entertainment Television (DStv channel 113).
