Centreforaviation.com reports that Turkish Airlines' bullish African expansion plans will see the carrier launch service to several destinations in 2012 and upgrade many existing routes to twice daily.  Several streets will be closed to traffic in the Cape Town city centre ahead of the State of the Nation Address in Parliament on Thursday, authorities have warned.
