Today sees our last newsletters for 2012, with the first of our new industry newsletters to be published on 15 January 2013, but we will keep on updating the new industry portals over the festive season.

JOHANNESBURG: The Centre for Sustainability in Mining and Industry, based in the University of the Witwatersrand's School of Mining Engineering, is offering a complete range of educational short courses in 2013.

Water and Environmental Affairs Minister Edna Molewa and her department will today (14 December) file an appeal against a Gauteng North High Court judgment that ruled the minister had overstepped her powers when she suspended SA's Water Tribunal, the department said on Thursday (13 December).
