Managing restaurants and working with food is my passion that started with growing up in a Wimpy that my parents owned. I have over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
I also have vast experience in menu development, sales mix and cost of sales and was personally involved in the roll out of over 30 menus for the Mugg & Bean group. I also was actively involved in the built and set-up of the Canal Walk store and subsequently project managed the revamps of both Canal Walk and Waterfront stores. Managed both store for more than a year. I have a very good understanding in design and layout of kitchens, equipment and staff to ensure ultimate productivity.
I am a self motivated leader that enjoys managing all aspects of business. I like to be involved and hands on. I am very strong on the costing/maths side of business and gained a lot of experience in sales and marketing. I also was part of the buying committee and franchisee consulting forum for Mugg & Bean. Others and I communicate very well and I believe in open communications. Great service is always a priority. I always try to be firm but fair and making decisions under pressure is a very strong point.
