Show profile Hide profileI have an entrepreneurial mind and at 2nd year I took all the prerequisite modules to be able to major in either Economics, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain or IS&T. I enjoyed IS&T most but decided it best to choose Supply Chain Management and Marketing Management as majors, to best prepare me for business. I have since developed an all-encompassing interest in "The Value Chain". I endeavour to keep myself updated on current affairs and integrate all that I have studied & experienced to provide a new perspective on both challenges and opportunities.
I opened a small packaging company, with my family in 2008, which allowed me the opportunity to experience various systems and other business requirements. Ever since then I am motivated by the prospect of working with our government departments. I am a highly motivated self-starter, who is focused and driven to succeed. Being a creative thinker, who engages tasks hands-on, I enjoy taking on new challenges and solving problems, which provide me with the opportunity to add value to industry.
