DUTIES
Responsible for the administration of the appointment process and attending of interview
Supporting the human resource department in terms of the recruitment
Developing and maintaining a fresh database
Basic HR administration duties
Advertising positions
Sourcing candidates for the available positions
Short-listing CV's for interviews
Corresponding with candidates via telephone and email
Arranging interviews with the relevant head of departments
Doing personality and Excel test with the candidates before the interview
Doing reference check to the appointed candidates
Arranging a portfolio for new appointed employee
Compiling a submission for approval for post approval
Order access cards for new employees
Typing deferent of reports and memorandums
Processing AM1 and AM 8 forms to facilitate the movement of an asset inside and outside of the department such as the office furniture's and office equipments Management of electronic and hard files or documents
Management of incoming and outgoing documentation
Management of travel and accommodation arrangement for four Sub - Directorates plus Chief Directorate
Manage performance agreement and quarterly assessment
Processing and verification of S&T claims for four Sub-Directorates plus Chief Directorate
Compile Entity forms and Sundry Payment Advice for Consultants and service providers
Verify accounts of travel, hotel accommodation and conference venue in the chief directorate
