Mel subsequently joined Wits Business School where he gained extensive experience as a facilitator and coach in the fields of small business development and practice, management accounting, accounting and financial management.
Mel's skills encompass advice/counselling/consulting services, lecturing and writing on business, management and leadership. Mel has enjoyed considerable interaction with a wide variety of people from all sectors of commerce and industry both at a senior management level and also with hundreds of 'new' managers.
