I have more than 3 years' experience at Eskom working as an HR Officer Graduate in Training in a role of an HR Business Partners - Talent and Skills providing services for 11 divisions. My job involved doing skills development facilitation, EE&SD, Workplace Skills Plan talent boards & Learner Management and further study management. I also have exposure and knowledge of HR functions/value chain such as Talent & skills, Rem & Ben, OE & HR process & structures.
With the knowledge gained I successfully provided good customer services characterized by values of Integrity and quality for the company. I have been hands-on in formulation and implementation of structures for engagement and development of employees and organization while ensuring the principles of a lifelong learning and skills transfer.
