Continuous development & sustainability of the quality assurance partner (QAP) accreditation with Fasset SETA.
Fasset quality assurance & learnership committee member.
Registered & accredited verifier, assessor & moderator.
Process and accredit training provider applications (workplace and presenters) including verification & site visits.
Manage status of all providers, conduct monitoring visits & compile reports for communication with Fasset.
Source, evaluate & approve venue providers in accordance with QMS requirements.
Professional Training Programmes (Learnerships & Training Programmes)
Manage tender process
Plan and manage the efficient administration of training modules (TM).
Curriculum design & update
Track & manage learner progress up to national learner registration database (NLRD) input.
Manage the assessment & moderation processes.
Manage the designations of the organisation including SAQA uploads
Coordination of graduations.
Marketing of the Professional Training Programmes
Compile relevant articles.
Certification
Manage the effective and efficient administration of the certification system, process & procedures.
Liaise with global exam provider Pearson Vue regarding computer-based testing (CBT) sites, ensuring suitability, efficiency and professional operation.
Deal with and resolve any member issues/problems.
Conduct regular monitoring surveys.
Responsible for payment authorization.
Conduct financial reconciliation.
Regular analysis & monitoring of certification statistics.
Continuous professional development (CPD) - update CPD policy, communication of CPD related issues to stakeholders, respond to all CPD enquiries, and conduct annual declaration & verification process on all certified members.
Marketing of the certification qualifications/designations.
Coordination of graduations.
Compile certification articles
Academic relations
Ensure tertiary to workplace research flow.
Provide curriculum guidance.
Marketing of Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa (IIA SA) services through marketing plan, presentations, attend open day & career day events.
Advise & assist tertiary institutions regarding the IIA's international Internal Auditing Education Partnership (IAEP) accreditation.
Internal audit student chapter oversight at the IAEP universities.
Serve as advisory board member of the internal audit faculties at accredited tertiary institutions e.g. University of Pretoria, UNISA etc.
Relationship management
Maintain effective relationships with all relevant stakeholders, viz. IIASA education committee (EDCOM), employer organisations, facilitators and tertiary institutions such as Univ. of Pretoria, WITS, Univ. of Johannesburg etc., Fasset QA & learnership committees.
