Preparing weekly stats.

Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
Monitoring, maintaining and updating the Job specifications System on a daily basis (In-House System).
Updating and maintaining client and candidate information.
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
Photocopying and printing various documents.
Recruiting and delegating work as required.
