We have a furnished office space in the City Bowl, inclusive of two spacious, air conditioned rooms (50sqm) with big windows and views available for rent immediately in a shared office environment with 24 hour security. The shared space includes a spacious and professional reception area, as well as kitchen and restroom facilities. The space would ideally suit a small business comprising two to three people.
The monthly rental of R8,900 (excluding VAT) includes the following services/facilities:
• Two parking bays
• Shared receptionist/reception and customised telephone answering service
• Provision of tea/coffee for tenants and your clients
• Office cleaning
• WIFI access/data backup
The offices are situated in Dunkley House on Dunkley Square (easy access, ample space for free parking for clients and several restaurants nearby).
