Addis Ababa welcomes first Spur Restaurant

Multi-brand restaurant franchisor, Spur Corporation has signed its first Ethiopian Spur Steak Ranch franchise agreement with the Addis Ababa-based company Cucina Trading PLC. The signing took place on 14 April 2015 at the Hilton Addis Ababa. It will be situated at Abyssinia Plaza in the capital and is expected to be operational within six months. A second franchise, Panarottis Pizza Pasta, is expected to open within a year.
