Greenpop turns two, Makhulu seeks crowdfunding

[Sindy Peters] Greenpop, one of the pioneers of the treevolution in South Africa and abroad, celebrated its second birthday this month at Assembly in Cape Town. There was no birthday cake and candles, but a collage of funky moves and beats to suit any party animal. Festivities also included a screening of the Trees for Zambia doccie and a slideshow of memories that had many a volunteer, who'd participated in the project, welling up with nostalgia.
